Type of non-profits that would interest me: Environmental conservation.

I want to volunteer because I have the time to give to the right cause and would appreciate an opportunity to give something to others. If my skills can be used by others - that's what I'd like to do.

Interests: Outdoor activities, culture, expanding my horizons, finding a way to give.

My profile: Fisheries Habitat Biologist with a Degree in Natural Resource Sciences. Work for Canadian Government.

Volunteer activites I have done: Only in Canada - educating the public regarding environmental issues. More specifically on water conservation, water use-fisheries impacts, development-fisheries impacts and restoration opportunities.
