Abstract
The School Development Programme of Aga
Khan Education Service, India is one of the four core
partners of the programme for enrichment of school level
education drawing on funds from the European community
channelled through the Aga Khan. The School Development
Programme technologies consists of 4 components 1) Reflection
practice, 2) Group Problem solving, 3) Creation of an
enabling Environment of Informed, Skilled leadership,
4) Sustainability through outreach.
