I would like to draw your attention to the enclosed letter dated 16th May, 2006, to the Municipal Commissioner by Mr. Mayank Gandhi on behalf of Lok Satta along with some others.
 
I would like to know if this letter was with your knowledge and approval.
 
If not, then I would appreciate if you would have it withdrawn, and if yes, I would appreciate knowing why because Lok Satta was indeed a member of the NGO Council and that you and Mr. Gandhi, Mr. Shende, Mr. Srivastava,  Mr. Diwan at Mumbai have been aware of the various activities of the NGO Council.
