This is a library and research centre that has journals, reports
of seminars and magazines on various topics such as ecology,
law, politics, and human rights. It is open between Monday and
Friday from 9:00 a.m to 5:30 p.m. There are also training programmes
carried out for different organisations. It is good resource
for trainees seeking to improve their knowledge base.
