Summary
AMD strives to strengthen the human resources of people involved in development work. It aims to promote a media that is sensitive to the actual needs of the people and to make it more accessible to them in terms of operation and control. It's areas of work include media production, publication, training and media education in schools, media dissemination and networking.

Abstract
The media resource centre aims to build on the existing communication resources of developmental actors through appropriate media, training and dissemination of alternative media material through systematic pooling of material and its promotion. It also proposes to come out with a media kit on women issues in the form of puppet show, slide show, photo exhibition on the girl child, audio cassettes etc. Several training programmes on communication skills and media skills for activists are also organised as a part of the project.

Abstract
Abhivyakti Anubhav Shiksha works to mobilize the youth through structured workshops on critical awareness of media. It creates opportunities for the youth to understand and reflect the underlying forces pervading our social system. Abhivyakti through this project aims to develop a team of media animators through inculcating a perspective, knowledge skills in media and opportunities to effectively use media in the field of development. To create and sustain a channel of information sharing and dialogue amongst the college youth and develop awareness amongst the female college youth about their identity and status in the society are the other issues covered by the project.

Abstract
Organisational network is an important developmental process for generating collective perspective for the collective actions so as to deal with regional socio-economic-ecological issues. The core partners had formulated an action plan to deal with the three important issues in regional development namely, women's socio-economic status, tribal mitigation for livelihood and village based water resource management. The network also deals with contemporary issues like displacement due to development and tribal land rights.
