The Supreme
Court in its order dated March 20, 2006, in the Civil Appeal No(s).
4156-4157 of 2002 has said:
"It is stated that the report of
the Western Committee is now available with the Registry. The parties
may collect the report either from the Registry or from the Committee
itself within six weeks from today. Thereafter, the parties shall
file objections to the report, if any, within five weeks. Needless
to say that BMC shall consider the Committee Report and make its own
suggestions. List on 25.7.2006." |
