PIL FOR ELIMINATION OF STRAY DOGS 

I  HAVE  FILED  A  PIL  IN  THE  HIGH  COURT  OF  GOA,  MAHARASTRA  PRAYING  FOR  DIRECTIONS  FOR  THE  ELIMINATION  OF  STRAY  DOGS  FROM PUBLIC  SPACES.

THE  NEXT  HEARING  IS  ON  THE  13TH  OF  DEC,  2005.
