invests in projects that provide quality education to underprivileged
children, contribute to their overall learning & personal
growth, throw open new employment avenues & career choices
and bring about sustainable and dramatic improvement in
the standard of living of the children and their communities.
We work with the voluntary sector in
implementing such projects in the communities that we
live & work in. We strive to build awareness among
our employees, clients and other stakeholders in a way
that allows them to actively contribute their skills,
time & expertise.
The Each One Teach One Foundation (EOTO) works with
economically-deprived children (ages 13-16 years) who study
in Government-run municipal schools in Mumbai. It focuses
on children who are at risk of dropping out of school for
socio-economic reasons. In addition to being responsible
for their overall physical, emotional & intellectual
development, EOTO provides daily necessities including books,
uniforms, and mid day meals to the children. MphasiS is
funding 2 of EOTO’s 6 schools in Mumbai. In addition, MphasiS
employees participate in a variety of activities with the
children every week.
